All is Love at Juicy Couture, Where the Wild Things Are

If you're wondering why I have this video of "All is Love" from the Where the Wild Things Are soundtrack you either have not paid a visit to your local Juicy Couture store lately or were just too distracted to notice that it's part of this month's Juicy playlist. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this song! It's an instant energy booster and they couldn't have picked a better song for the store. Why? I'll give you two reasons:

Firstly, All is Love at Juicy because they've been sooo generous with promos (Back-to-School, Juicy Passport and sweepstakes) and fun freebies lately (like the free mag subscription offer that just ended yesterday). And you know that additional 30% off all women's apparel markdowns that ended on Monday, the 26th? They've decided to give you Juicyholics another week to shop! Additional 30% Off Women's Sale Apparel

If my post from yesterday didn't send you running to your nearest store I'm sure today's entry will.

From now through end of business day on Monday, October 26th, all women's apparel on sale are an additional 30% off!

The best steal, in my opinion, is this Scarf Jersey Dress in the red and grey stripes. Couldn't find a photo online, but here's the black and grey version (still full price at $128, even in stores).

The price tag? It's insanely cheap, that I'm pretty sure they'll all be gone tomorrow, if not today. The markdown is $49.99, so with the additional 30% discount it's $34.99. That's even cheaper than a charm! So good luck... hope your store still has it! :)

Price Tags: Store vs. Online

There are many advantages to shopping in store rather than online. First you get to try on the fit, as sizes run differently on some styles. Then there's color. Depending on your monitor's setting you may be surprised how much lighter or darker you thought the product looked online. And then there's size. I remember being shocked and laughing at myself when I first saw the Engagement Ring Key Fob in person. It looked so dainty in the photo, and I almost got it online to ship to a friend who just got engaged. I'm glad I decided to check it out in store, as I know she is not into anything heavy or chunky at all.

But my favorite part of shopping in store is the fact that their items usually go on sale earlier than they do online because of a larger selection and more frequent change in collections. Here are some noteworthy finds:

Celebrity Couture

If you follow fashion features and editorials online or are subscribed to several magazines it's pretty obvious who's on Juicy Couture's VIP list. Some of the names that come to mind are Jessica Alba, Fergie, Katie Holmes (and daughter Suri), Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner (and daughter Violet), Gwen Stefani, Katherine Heigl, Eva Longoria, Jessica Simpson and yes, even Ashton Kutcher. Just a reminder that life is not always fair. With all the money they make I don't think a discount is necessary. But hey, you need not pay full price all the time either, especially if you keep checking my blog for store promotions and tips.

Turn Heads with Some Serious ARM CANDY

I love the email that I received today from Juicy Couture that featured the Sweetheart Fashion Shoulder Bag and Best Fashion Tote. I think any Juicy girl would agree that they couldn't have picked better names for these two arm candies! At $128 and $148 respectively they're very reasonably priced. And if these two are not the colors you would pick yourself the Sweetheart is also available in Petal Pink and the Best Tote is available in the classic Black. Be sure to mention the promos I've been sharing when you get yours!

Update on "Secretly" Sale Priced Quilted Bags

Yesterday I mentioned that the Serena and other quilted bags were on sale at 30% off. I now have more information on that and these featured bags are all of the four styles shown in the picture, in all of the colors they're offered in. Right now it remains a whisper campaign or word of mouth only, through October 19th. Whether or not they'll extend the offer or give the bags a permanent markdown I do not know, but aren't you glad you found out before the competition to get these gets tough?

Are You Wearing Your Name Tag?

At $48 each I think all of us should! And if you're a student the Back-to-School promo is ongoing, just not advertised. You get a 20% discount on anything full-priced if you bring your student ID (my local boutique is pretty lenient about this. If you come in in your uniform or anything that indicates that you're a student they are more than happy to extend the savings!). Yes, anything-- sunglasses, perfumes, watches and all things JUICY.
